Festival Carriages is a family run wedding carriage business based in Oldham, Lancashire and was first established by Roy Pennington in 1989. Roy has for a long time provided horse drawn carriages for weddings, special occasions and promotions.
We are fully insured with our drivers having over 48 years experience between them, and our grooms are exteremely experienced drivers and riders. 
Our horses are Austrian Haflingers, they are well schooled and 100% reliable in the heaviest of traffic.
